The SSC CGL, or Combined Graduate Level Examination by Staff Selection Commission is organized every year.
It a exam that provides employment to graduates in the Central Govt. Department & Ministries. SSC CGL-2017 notification was announced by SSC (Staff Selection Commission) on 16th May 2017 on its official website.
It has been learnt from highly placed resources that approximately 30 lakh applicants have registered for Combined Graduate Level Exam- 2017 (SSC CGL-2017).
The applications for the SSC CGL-2017 are for 3805 vacancies of Assistant Officers, AAO, Sub Inspector, Accountant and other. The SSC CGL-2017 exam will shortlist candidates for group A and group B posts.
The age limit to appear fro SSC CGL EXAM-2017 is 18 to 32 years.
The Dates for SSC CGL-2017 examination that might be useful for the candidates are as follows:
Date of Tier I Exam : 01.08.2017 to 20.08.2017
Date of issue of SSC CGL Admit Card for Tier I Exam : Between 15th July to 20th July (tentative)
Date of Tier II Exam : 10.11.2017 & 11.11.2017
Tentative Date of SSC CGL Tier III Exam : 21st January 2018
Expected Date of SSC CGL Tier IV Test (Skill Test) : Feb, 2018
The announcement of SSC CGL Notification by SSC Commission was made on 16.05.2017.
SSC will be releasing CGL Exam-2017 admit cards separately for different regions where the exam will be conducted. The expected release of SSC CGL Exam Admit Card 2017 for Tier-I exam shall be done 10-15 days prior to commencement of the exam, which shall be any day within the upcoming days.
The candidates may download their SSC CGL-2017 admit card by logging on to the official website of SSC and then by clicking on the icon for the link to the admit card. The candidates must keep their registration numbers passwords handy while signing into their accounts on the SSC website.
The candidates must note that SSC shall release SSC CGL Exam admit card 2017 separately for different levels of Examination, i.e. Admit Card for Tier-I will be released first followed by Admit Card for Tier-II and so on. Admit Card for Tier-II will be issued to candidates who have qualified Tier-I Exam. Similarly, Admit Card for Tier-III will be issued to candidates who have cleared the Tier-II Exam and so on.
